RULES OF THE POLICY
• Cover is provided on a monthly basis. No reserves are built up and therefore no surrender values are payable when cover ceases
• This is a voluntary group scheme
• A general waiting period of 3 calendar months and, if a potential member is pregnant, 6 months from date of birth of the child
• You must be permanently employed
• Minimum entry age is 18 years old and maximum entry age for main member is 65 years old
• Maximum cover per policy under this scheme: R90 000.00
• Membership can only commence on the 1st day of the month
• Mining, fishing, and construction industries are excluded.
• Self-employed individuals, directors, and contractors are excluded
